Article 1 (Definition and Scope of Support)

  1. “Family Support” refers to a voluntary act in which a supporter purchases products and designates that a portion of the payment be credited as points to a creator (the “Family”) they support, as a way of expressing appreciation and encouraging their creative activities.

  2. Support is a voluntary act by the supporter and does not grant the supporter any authority to direct or supervise the Family, nor any right to demand private interaction. Supporters shall not exert undue influence over the Family or make unreasonable requests that are not socially acceptable on the basis of their support.

Article 2 (Refunds and Prevention of Abuse)

  1. If a supporter applies a Family code when purchasing a product and subsequently requests a refund (withdrawal of subscription), any points granted to the Family as a result of that purchase shall be deducted immediately.

  2. If a supporter makes high-value support contributions for purposes such as triggering broadcast alerts and repeatedly requests refunds, thereby causing confusion in settlement data or interfering with operations, the Company may permanently restrict the supporter’s use of the support feature and suspend their access to the game.

Article 3 (Separation of Creator Responsibility)

  1. Any content produced or statements made by the Family reflect the individual creator’s opinions and do not represent the official position of the Company.

  2. Supporters may not request refunds or compensation from the Company on the grounds that a Family member has failed to fulfill any private promise.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Creating codes using names similar to well-known creators in order to deceive others or induce support

  • Requesting cash rebates, kickbacks, or in-kind rewards from the Family in exchange for support

Supplementary Provision This Policy shall take effect on March 27, 2026.
